There is an image which makes good sense. You have to take into account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A dry day &#8211; no rain<\/li><li>Sunshine &#8211; low cloud coverage<\/li><li>Relative Humidity &#8211; should be low<\/li><li>Wind &#8211; up to a point &#8211; maybe the same cutoff as a kite<\/li><li>Temperature &#8211; warmer is better &#8211; greater than 5 maybe<\/li><li>Dew point lower than the temperature<\/li><li>Cloud cover less than 60% &#8211; maybe<\/li><li>Hours till sunset more than 3 maybe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But we need numbers if we&#8217;re going to write an algorithm. We can&#8217;t just go with common sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dew Point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>How To Geek has a pretty cool article <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/733421\/forget-humidity-dew-point-is-how-it-really-feels-outside\/\">here<\/a>.
