Raspberry Pi to ESP32
A backcopy of Hackspace showed how to use the Raspberry Pi to an ESP 32, in order to control it via Python. Unfortunately the article was too old and the build command didn’t work. Rather than try and unpick the thing, I went to find a newer, working tutorial.
Elderberry Wine Recipe
This time I have tried to be a bit more scientific about it. Note to self, please upload some pictures. Thank you Countryfile for the recipe. Here is my take on it. It takes a few hours – lots of messing around – don’t try and rush it.
Fruit Bowl From Newspaper

Elderberry Wine Retro
We tried two wines, one was bottled at the end of 2020 and the second bottled mid 2021. Interesting comparisons and some learnings.
Elderflower Champagne – Year 2
For the first batch, I got in nice and early. The flowers are lovely and young. Actually picked at 6am, but it was a dry day, and they were lovely.
